Happy Birthday, Eugene Fodor!

Today is Eugene Fodor’s birth anniversary. He was born on October 14, 1905 in Leva, Hungary. So, in honor of the travel writer (who help start the Fodor Travel books), I wanted to write the top five places that I would love to next visit. Feel free to add yours. In my opinion, travel is a way of life. 😉

Joella’s Top 5 Places to Visit:

Australia/New Zealand
Oklahoma (I would love to visit a dude ranch…anybody want to come with?)
Vermont/Connecticut/Rhode Island/Delaware (check off those 50 states list!)

  1. I will be happy to oblige. 🙂
1- England (I’ve been there, but only for 24 hours. I usually don’t strive to return places, but this is my exception)
    2- Australia
3- Africa (I want to see a giraffe in it’s natural habitat)
4- road trip to the midwest and deep south (to check off just like you Joella)
5- Mexico, not on a cruise ship

  2. Hmmm … my list would be:

    1. Kenya. This visit is long overdue.
    2. New Zealand.
    3. Thailand. Not sure how I’ve missed this one.
    4. Somewhere in Latin America.
    5. Denver. Dumb, I know. But I’ve never been there.

  3. 1. Australia/New Zealand (with you!)
    2. Hawaii (and Vermont, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and North Carolina to finish off my 50, but especailly Hawaii)
    3. Machu Pichu
    4. Isreal
    5. China and the great wall
