For story time last week we talked about the letter “T”.
Of course I wanted to do a literacy game that you can find here. Basically it was a game inspired by my coworker who mentioned that sometimes kids have a hard time distinguishing different letters when they are in different fonts. But the kids know that “letters aren’t tricky” so they were not fooled when I put different letters together.
So for example in this picture you can see two different versions of the letter “g”, which depending upon the font you can look very different. But the kids were smart, and they weren’t tricked at all. Probably because I have smart kids in my story times. 🙂
