For story time this week I had the kids play the “At a Party” app from PBS Kids.

I liked how this fit with the “x” week because the kids had to “box” up gifts and “boxes” have a letter “x” in them.

First the game shows an object and two boxes. Kids then have to pick which box they think the object should go in.

Basically there is always one box that fits and one that is too small or the wrong shape.

Then the gift gets magically wrapped. Such fun.
